Anthony “TJ” Orsini is an attorney at Iseley Fugitt, focusing primarily on construction law, including contract review, licensing, prosecution of lien and bond claims, OSHA and other regulatory defense, and construction litigation, where he represents developers, general contractors, and subcontractors. He takes pride in building strong client relationships and delivering responsive, effective representation.
Mr. Orsini earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of Central Florida in 2022, followed by his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2025. Prior to joining Iseley Fugitt, Mr. Orsini gained valuable experience at a large civil litigation firm, where he primarily represented contractors and subcontractors in complex disputes involving large-scale condominium, residential, and commercial projects across Florida. His experience includes managing cases through all phases of litigation, from initial investigation and pleadings to discovery, motion practice, mediation, and settlement.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Orsini is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing and boating.
