Samuel J. Moore

Sam was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and is the son of a retired Jacksonville Fire Rescue Battalion Chief. His younger brother is serving as a Border Patrol Agent in Laredo, Texas. Sam is one of five siblings, and an uncle to eight beautiful nieces and nephews. As a resident of Northeast Florida, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, kayaking, and watching Florida Gator football.

Throughout the course of nearly ten years in his career as an attorney, he has acquired valuable experience in a variety of fields of legal practice. At Iseley Fugitt he continues to serve a variety of clients, especially in construction law – a field in which he has practiced for almost seven years.

Sam’s practice areas in the civil law arena have also included automobile negligence, premises liability, professional liability, first-party property, and civil rights actions.

Prior to his career as a civil law attorney, he began practicing law as a state prosecutor, initially serving in Florida’s Third Judicial Circuit, specifically in Columbia County, followed by serving in Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit, including in Volusia County and St. Johns County. As a prosecutor, Sam tried numerous jury trials arising out of both misdemeanor and felony cases.

He is licensed to practice law in all Florida state Courts, the United States District Court for The Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for The Northern District of Florida
